Returns & Exchanges

At Alpha Paw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
